Exhibit Staff Registration
SECO requires all exhibiting booth personnel to display a registered name badge to gain entrance to the Exhibit Hall. Companies may learn more about registering booth personnel on the Exhibitor Registration page.Companies with an outside contractor requiring access to the exhibit hall to setup and dismantle booths must register their Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC) with SECO.

Exhibitor Press Opportunities
If your company would like to conduct a press conference to announce new technologies, products or services during SECO 2010, you may reserve time in the SECO Press Room at the Georgia World Congress Center.Please book your conference as soon as possible as prime times are booked early. Please contact SECO's public relations representative, Kim Ryan, by e-mail at kimryan@bellsouth.net, or by phone (770) 932-0695.
SECO will provide a projector with screen and a podium with microphone in the press room. Presenters must bring a presentation computer if they choose to use the projector.
Exhibitor Lounge
Visit the Exhibitor Lounge inside Hall A1 during official exhibit hall hours for complimentary beverages, snacks and a quiet meeting place. A valid exhibitor badge is required for admittance.Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
EAC's are companies hired by an exhibitor to participate in the set-up and dismantle of an exhibition. These workers, outside of registered exhibitor staff, must officially register with SECO as an EAC in order to be granted access to the Exhibit Hall during set-up hours.Complete an EAC Registration Form (see the Exhibitor Service Kit) and fax it to the SECO International, LLC office by January 15, 2010. All representatives of the EAC must be listed on this form in order to receive credentials to enter the Hall.
EAC's are to check-in at the entrance to Hall A-1 of the Georgia World Congress Center and provide company identification to the on-duty security guard to receive a wristband granting them access to the Exhibit Hall. Badges will not be provided. Wristbands will only grant access to the Exhibit Hall during set-up and dismantle hours.
Once EAC's and privately owned vehicles (POV) have been granted access to the Exhibit Hall, they must adhere to the load-in and marshalling yard instructions provided in the SECO 2010 Exhibitor Service Kit.
