In addition to a world-class education program, SECO 2010 will feature Optometry's Marketplace™, one of the largest exhibit halls in optometry with 70,000 square feet of exhibit hall space and nearly 300 participating companies. Optometry's Marketplace™ always has what attendees are looking for in order to find the latest ophthalmic equipment, products, and services to meet all of their practice needs.

How to reserve space

  1. Select three (3) booth space choices from the current SECO 2010 floor plan.
  2. Complete the Application to Contract for Exhibit Space and submit it to the SECO International offices via fax. Based upon availability, the preferred booth will be put on hold for 10 business days. Upon receipt of the completed Application to Contract for Exhibit Space, SECO International will submit an invoice for the deposit to the exhibitor (via e-mail) as confirmation of the temporary hold.
  3. Submit the original Application to Contract for Exhibit Space to the SECO International office, along with the deposit within 10 business days of making the booth space reservation.
  4. Submit the remaining payment to the SECO International office by October 15, 2009.

Cost to Exhibit

The rental fee for booth space is $27.00 per square foot with an applicable island charge of $250.
