Both the AMLC, located on Level 3, and the Cyber Café, located in the Exhibit Hall, provides complimentary Internet access for all attendees. The Cyber Café also offers ethernet feeds for those who wish to connect using their own laptop (your laptop must have an ethernet card installed to use this service). |

Where can I find the shuttle bus schedule? |

Shuttle buses will run continuously throughout SECO 2009 from affiliate hotels to and from the Georgia World Congress Center. The shuttle bus schedule will be published on signage displayed in the lobby of our official hotels (OMNI at CNN Center, Marriott Marquis, Westin Peachtree Plaza and Holiday Inn - Downtown). May I bring more than one guest? |
Answer: |
Yes. SECO invites attendees to bring spouses, significant others and children. You may pre-register (1) guest and (2) children (under of 18 free of charge). Additional guests must be registered on-site. There is no penalty for registering guests on-site. Guests and children are not eligible to attend continuing education courses. The safety and welfare of children remains the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian attending SECO 2009. |

Can I substitute one registration for another? |
Answer: |
No. Registrations are not transferable. Registration fees are. Individuals wishing to cancel may cancel and re-register another individual with a transfer of payment credit. However, that individual is not guaranteed admission to the original reserved courses.

The e-Newsletter is SECO's monthly e-mail update on activities related to SECO and our affiliates. The e-Newsletter is very brief (usually just one page) and is prepared in HTML format (which means it contains both text and graphics). The vast majority of e-mail programs today are capable of receiving and displaying HTML e-mails. Our current distribution list is around 9,000 eye care professionals.
